1. Erstgespräch

Unser Projekt beginnt mit einem Gespräch, in welchem wir Sie und Ihr Anliegen näher kennen lernen möchten und Ihnen gleichzeitig die Gelegenheit bieten, sneep consulting zu erleben. 2. Interne Projektbesetzung

Nach einem positiven Erstgespräch wird das Projekt entsprechend des gemeinsam erarbeiteten Rahmens intern ausgeschrieben. 3. Angebotserstellung & Vertragsunterzeichnung

Sie erhalten von uns ein Angebot mit den konkreten Arbeitsphasen und einem zeitlichen Fahrplan, welches mit dem gesamten Beraterteam abgestimmt ist und die Grundlage für die Projektdurchführung darstellt. Während dieses Prozesses bleiben wir mit Ihnen im Austausch und beziehen gerne Ihre Wünsche mit ein. Sobald ein Angebot von allen Parteien bestätigt wurde, erfolgt abschließend die Unterzeichnung des Vertrages.

Mit der Abschlusspräsentation und Erfüllung aller Verpflichtungen endet das Projekt.
